Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, approving a proposal or making a payment, you agree to these terms and any project scope, timeline and commercial terms shared in writing.
Scope of Services
Services, deliverables, timelines, revision limits and responsibilities will be defined in the approved quotation or proposal. Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional charges and time.
Payments
Work begins after the agreed advance payment is received. Remaining payments must be made according to the approved schedule. Taxes or third-party charges may be additional unless stated otherwise.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, content and approvals on time
- Ensure supplied materials can legally be used
- Maintain access to required accounts and platforms
- Review deliverables and provide consolidated feedback
Intellectual Property
Final approved deliverables transfer to the client only after full payment, unless otherwise agreed. Our pre-existing methods, tools and know-how remain our property. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences.
Timelines & Revisions
Timelines depend on timely client inputs and approvals. Delays in feedback may shift delivery dates. Revisions are limited to the agreed scope; a new direction or additional work may be quoted separately.
Limitation & Termination
We are not responsible for indirect losses, platform policy changes, outages or third-party service failures. Either party may terminate a project in writing; completed work and committed costs remain payable.
Governing Law & Contact
